RALPH M. wooden frames are designed and manufactured to the highest quality standards. They carry a lifetime warranty against any manufacturing or material defects, under normal use of the sofa or armchair.
This warranty applies exclusively to wooden frames and does not cover legs, bases, or integrated mechanisms.
The warranty specifically excludes damage resulting from:
- Improper use or non-compliant delivery/installation.
- Jumping on seats or armrests.
- Using armrests as a seat.
- Prolonged exposure to humidity, bad weather, or an unsuitable environment (fire, flood, or accident).
- Damage caused by a pet.
- Impact, overloading, or mishandling.
- Product modification or work carried out by an unauthorized person.
Any warranty claim may be subject to a prior assessment by RALPH M. technical services to determine the cause of the failure.
The lifetime warranty is attached to the product and applies exclusively to the original purchaser who bought the sofa or armchair from RALPH M. or an authorized dealer, upon presentation of the original invoice.
5-year warranty on foam
Foam in RALPH M. sofas and armchairs, excluding seat and back cushions, is guaranteed for 5 years from the date of delivery, upon presentation of the signed order form.
Terms of application
Any abnormal use or lack of product maintenance by the customer will result in exclusion from the commercial warranty.
Any request for service must be made directly to RALPH M. No returns may be made without the prior and express agreement of our services.
After analyzing the observed defect, RALPH M. will determine the most suitable solution, which may take the form of:
- Product repair, where technically possible.
- Replacement of the affected component or the product, depending on the nature of the defect.
